It has been nearly a week since I've returned from Monaco after 24 days at the MILWAUKEE® World of Solutions 2025 conference, and I have managed to take some time to reflect on the whole event. This has been the toughest conference I have ever project managed at my time at TTI, but the stats are incredible: - 16,000+ bed nights occupied across 5 hotels - 15,000+ square metres of event space covered - 6,000+ delegates from over 70 countries attended - 160+ product presentations across 11 workstations, making over 1760 presentations in total - 88 trucks of tools and equipment required (Including setup and pack down) - 12 Event days = 7 Distributor days, 3 JSS End User days and 2 Staff Days, making it the longest event MILWAUKEE®EMEA has ever hosted - Branding coverage in Monaco and Nice Airport, reaching an approx. audience of 1.1 million during the event A massive congratulations is also in order to the Oliver Lerch, James Dickinson and Adrien Piriou for continuing to deliver 12 industry leading opening presentations to kick-start the conference days. A huge congratulations also goes to the whole Product Management team and to the Regional teams who supported during the event, for the their continued energy, passion and professionalism right until the end. Milwaukee Conference 2025 - Monaco 🇲🇨 We’ve just got back from the 2025 Milwaukee Dealer and End User Conference in Monaco. We raised the bar and put on an industry leading event with over 6000 attendees. Andrew Dobinson you’ve done it again mate, project lead on the biggest event yet. On a personal note it was great to see the planning and execution of the Partner Zone come to life. After launching our counter in Galeries Lafayette in Paris last October, we came back last week with this iconic installation celebrating our “Legendary for a Reason” campaign. I am delighted to announce the appointment of Matthew Evans to the position of Managing Director at We Are SDI, from 1st January 2025. During his time at We Are SDI, Matt has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in business management. He has been instrumental in driving sales revenue and expanding the We Are SDI customer base. The shareholders are excited to appoint Matt as the new Managing Director, to lead us into what we believe will be many strong trading years ahead. I will be moving to the role as Executive Chairman, where I will work with Matt and the Board to develop the strategy for the company’s future growth. This will include working with Matt to identify opportunities for value-enhancing strategic initiatives, including acquisitions and joint ventures.
