Our Marina Pavilion property on St Leonards seafront has now gone onto the market. We're inviting proposals from any interested organisations so we can bring this popular venue back into use as soon as possible. If you're not already familiar with it, it's a two-storey property opposite the Royal Victoria Hotel with panoramic views over the beach and English Channel. A warm welcome to BMR Construction Ltd - the latest company to move into our Pacific House offices on the Sovereign Harbour Innovation Park in Eastbourne. BMR was established in 2013 in Tonbridge and has now taken an office in Pacific House as it's found increasing demand for its residential, public sector and community projects in Sussex. The company has also struck a partnership with Eastbourne-based Goscombe Group to deliver social housing as a core part of its growth strategy.
