The latest 2024 Looking Glass Report from The Film and TV Charity shows that even although there have been some positive shifts in working culture, mental health in film, TV, and cinema is getting worse. 🎬 🧠 - In 2024, 35% rated their mental health as poor or very poor - up from 24% in 2019. - Only 12% think the industry is a mentally healthy place to work. And 63% say the industry has a negative impact on their mental health. - Worryingly 64% of people in our industry are also contemplating leaving due to poor mental health, with 32% already taking steps to do so.
