We’re incredibly proud of our former Level 2 Commis Chef apprentice Mark Curran who won the Apprentice of the Year award at this year’s Wakefield Business Awards 🏆 After starting as a mature apprentice, Mark completed his Apprenticeship with flying colours and is now thriving in his role as a pastry chef at Heppni Bakery in York 🥐 Mark is a shining example of why it’s never too late to learn and that you should always follow your dreams.
