Our creative team can design your brand, your website & your interior project. We can bring your project to life with CAD, Revit, Indesign, Sketchup and produce 2D, 3D and photo realistic photo rendering and video 'walkthroughs'. Our office team 'hold your hand' throughout the process handing Landlord Consent, Building & Listed Building Control applications & management of the process to issue of completion certificate. We have a client log in for weekly progress reports & video progress, real-time cost management & clear open book pricing. We work with a network of talented creatives to constantly keep our design, branding, graphics, videos, marketing and social media strategies fresh & fertile. Our workshop & fabrication facility and fully employed site teams mean we can reduce the number of external suppliers to offer value and prompt fit out service. Our fully trained Makers are 'gentleman builders', they don't exactly wear pin stripe suits as our Health & Safety policy will not allow it, what we mean is they are always polite & courteous. We like to think of clients as 'partners' and work with and for, at all times with respect and complete commitment, offering clients added value with our dedication to service and after sales support. Select Interiors (Cheshire) Ltd Starts Build On The Big Bakes - Manchester! 🎉 Select Interiors (Cheshire) Ltd) was appointed as principal contractor for the project which includes raised access flooring, design and build of a mezzanine within the bar and restaurant area. 🎪 It also includes the supply and installation of the iconic Big Bakes marquee where guests enjoy an award-winning, 90 minute baking experience in the fully equipped baking tent. There’s a new theme every month, ingredients ready to go, participants bake in pairs across 12 baking stations with a Head Baker 🧑🍳 on hand to guide and assist. This is the fourth Big Bakes venue in the UK 🇬🇧, following on from two in #London and one in #Birmingham. The 14 week build includes the full fit out from shell and core of the space including power, lighting, #HVAC, plumbing bespoke joinery, general joinery 🪚, branding and graphics, decoration and theming, shop front, washrooms 🚻 and kitchen.
