    How I Closed a “Closed Lost” Deal with trumpet 🎺 Yep, you read that right—Closed Lost. Let me set the scene. I first engaged with this company in September last year. The end users were desperate for Trumpet, but C-Suite were hesitant. I managed to get a meeting with some senior decision-makers, but I didn’t walk away feeling confident. Then, the worst happened—we lost our Champion (Global Director of Sales) as they moved on to another company. At this point, I changed the deal to Closed Lost. But I kept my Trumpet Pod up to date: ✅ Added steps to the Mutual Action Plan ✅ Tagged them in our Roadmap page with new updates ✅ Reverted back to our Business Case page Then, after what felt like forever, I got that notification—their CCO opened my Pod. Not only that, but they started sharing it with 5+ stakeholders I hadn’t met before from different business lines.
