Amends have been proposed to the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 to impose further requirements on employers to prevent harassment at work. These changes could also see the publication of a Health and Safety Framework on violence and harassment in the workplace, including gender-based violence. We are proud to share that we have produced a suite of configurable documents and guidance for local authorities for the Crown Commercial Service. Our team worked alongside the CSS, Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom and the local electric vehicle charging infrastructure fund (LEVI) support body to develop the ITT template and accompanying guidance. These tender documents are for use by local authorities to support procuring electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
