We are proud to share that we have produced a suite of configurable documents and guidance for local authorities for the Crown Commercial Service. Our team worked alongside the CSS, Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom and the local electric vehicle charging infrastructure fund (LEVI) support body to develop the ITT template and accompanying guidance. These tender documents are for use by local authorities to support procuring electric vehicle charging infrastructure. This includes drafting contracts under both the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 or the Procurement Act 2023, with or without grant funding. You can find out more about these documents here: https://lnkd.in/e9ivA7mE? If you would like further expert advice and guidance on your EV infrastructure requirements, contact Catherine B. or Julia Rudin today. #Procurement #EVI #LocalAuthorities #ProcurementAct #ElectricVehicles
