When a brand rolls out a spatial ‘product’ across multiple locations it doesn’t always have to take an identikit templated approach to achieve brand recognition. For serviced office provider Runway East our philosophy at Sheila Bird Studio was to create a set of principles that can be interpreted and respond to location and context. This way they can offer a unique, site specific experience but still feel on brand. This way we were able to vary the colour and material pallette from other locations but keep the same feeling and energy.
