What do you think is the best way to wake up? Fly out of bed and hit the kettle on button? Or press snooze and opt for a gentler start to the day? Both have pros and cons, but dozing could spell TROUBLE when you must be at work on time! If you are starting out on an equine apprenticeship or tempted to try it, we recommend following Coach Chloe’s tips for getting into a productive morning routine, especially with those early starts: ⏰ Create a routine – Ensure you stick to it ⏰ Manage your working hours – Get your employer to confirm in writing what they expect from you ⏰ Stand up for yourself – politely decline extra hours to protect yourself from burnout #workroutine #worklifebalance #apprenticeship #togetherwegrow

Everyone loves bonfire night, don’t they? Horse owners often dread this event. The loud bangs and bright lights can lead to fear and anxiety, often ending in serious injury as animals try to run away. We have a few top tips to keep your horses safe: ✅ Keep horses in a secure, familiar space, their stable or quiet enclosure away from the noise and lights of fireworks ✅ If possible, keep horses with their stable mates; this will provide companionship and comfort ✅ Check in regularly during the night to ensure the horse has not become injured or entangled. Be more vigilant than usual. #Fireworks #fireworksafety #fireworksafetyforpets
