Following a successful planning appeal, we're thrilled to kick off the technical design phases (RIBA Stage 4 and 5) for a stunning pool house and Spa complex at a local private residence. This complex has been designed with sustainability in mind, looking at a sustainable construction method such as SIPs to build the structure of the complex. Welcome to Hinton Road! Join Sam on a site visit at one of our local conversion projects in Bournemouth. We were tasked with creating architectural designs to convert a three-story office building into 10 high-end luxury Airbnb flats for our client Surface2Air developments. An exciting part of this project was our close collaboration with the interior designer and owner of the project from Gild Interior Studio. This close collaboration allowed us to really understand her vision and integrate this into the architectural designs. By working hand-in-hand, we ensured that the interior aesthetics aligned seamlessly with the structural transformations, enhancing both the functionality and elegance of the flats. Transformation at the beach! Check out the design upgrade we did for a beach kiosk for BCP Council. We've enhanced the structure with a sleek new facade and a canopy that provides ample protection from the elements for visitors, making it great to use all year around. When designing this refurbishment, we wanted to ensure that it complemented the scenic backdrop. When choosing materials, we ensured that the kiosk would blend seamlessly with its beach setting, using textures and colours that echo the natural beauty of the seaside. We have some exciting changes happening here in our Shore office! With our growing team, we are going to be expanding our office space by extending our meeting room. This will involve adding dormers into the roof space to enhance the space, and bring in more natural light. Reflecting on a transformative journey in Wimborne, Dorset. We're thrilled to showcase this stunning barn conversion, where an agricultural barn was meticulously transformed into a beautiful modern home under Part Q regulations. This beautiful home featured modern materials such as black standing seam and dark vertical timber cladding that complement its historical roots. Inside a key feature was the mezzanine level overlooking the main living area, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding fields. A huge thank you to P8 Project Management who we worked closely with to realise this project.
