Here is a key feature breakdown: Reactions 🤯 - Show your friends how you feel and react to their posts with an emoji Event Bios 🤔 - Write a short line to your attendees with instructions or a note Invite in-app friends 👨👩👦 - Remove that friction of joining events and send an invite directly to your friends Event Details Features 📋 - Hiding event participants - Stopping the host receiving Shots General User Experience 👍 - In-app instructions when you load for the first time - Time zone updates - Date formatting - Reporting bugs - Made it feel "more apple" and more! How I made a professional landing page for my business 📸 Building on the link tracking post from 2 weeks ago, I mentioned that a landing page would be better for conversion as I have complete control over the content displayed on the page... So that's what I did! My key steps to building a landing page: 🔗 Great hook/ Landing section The vast majority of people are "bouncers" they will look at a page for < 5 seconds and then leave. The mission is to gain their attention in that time. 👀 Eye-catching animations The secret sauce to gaining attention is page animations. In particular unique animations, like an animated image or SVG. 📋 Demonstrating the product Once you have their attention, you need to sell the product. Do this in the most interactive and easy-to-understand method possible. I like using carousels on my landing pages to do this. 🚵♀️ Showing why the product works A quick "Why you should use this" is key. No one wants an app/ product where they don't understand why it benefits them. Focus on the key pain points and build this section around that. 🖱 Final call to action Once they have seen the product and know why they need it, give them a way to get it! So some kind of call to action button. For example, "Download now" or "Get started" I've actioned my advice and built a landing page for SHOTS: Events & Parties. I made some major changes: - Improved Notifications sending - Major design overhaul throughout the app - User can download their SHOTS - In app reviews - In app share - Improvements to the algorithm behind sending Shots - Option to stop shots expiring ⭐ - Option to take early shots, want to capture the current moment?
