It's nice firing up the emails to be greeted with praise; Signway recently completed a challenging project on the M11 Junction 8... a high value project with a significant amount of change with it's fair share of technical issues; all approached with a positive, customer first and proactive mentality. It's nice to see we're appreciated client side! "You've been one of the top subcontractors we've collaborated with on the M11 project. I rated Signway highly because of your outstanding work Ollie. Recently we completed another refocus/training day, this time it was with our Factory colleagues, led by our Operational Senior Management team. We covered a number of areas: - Progress to date, what is going well and what we can do even better for the rest of the year. - Mental Health awareness - Health and Safety reminders - Company Culture and expectations We ended the session with some team building games. The communication game of 'Feeling Puzzled' went down well, where we split the teams into groups and gave them a puzzle to complete. They soon realised something was amiss when they didn't have all the pieces and needed to talk to each other to get the correct pieces to complete. The buffet lunch was a hit too! How do you try to increase staff engagement and morale?

It's great to see Hertfordshire is investing £2.3m in 20mph zones for 2024-25, a significant step towards revolutionising road safety.
