🏡 Bespoke House Project in the North of England 🏡 Excited to share this stunning post about a truly unique project we were proud to be involved with! Working alongside Rural Solutions, our team provided structural and civil engineering services to bring this bespoke home to life. This project had its fair share of exciting challenges, from designing the superstructure and substructure, including the impressive cantilevered sections, to coordinating closely with the pond designers to create a harmonious integration between the landscape and the house levels. 🌿 We also carried out access track improvements across the estate grounds and worked on restoring some of the historic site features to preserve the character of the estate while enhancing its modern functionality. It was a true collaboration, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! Yesterday, we were proud to participate in the Topping Out ceremony for Plot 9 at the MIRA Technology Park! As part of the Silcock Leedham Group Limited, we've been providing MEP and sustainability consultancy services for plot 9 along with the site infrastructure, supporting the ongoing expansion program. The ceremony, held alongside GMI Construction Group PLC, Evans Randall Investors, CS2 Chartered Surveyors & Warwick Acoustics Ltd marked a significant milestone with the placement of a sprig of spruce on the roof of Plot 9, symbolising this landmark moment in the development. #MIRATechnologyPark #Toppingout

This modern facility will replace the ageing Fearnville Leisure Centre, offering a 25-metre swimming pool, a 200-station gym, all-weather sports pitches, tennis courts, and a skate park. We recently worked with the University of Nottingham on a new energy centre with fellow RSK Group company Silcock Leedham Group Limited.
