We’re so pleased to announce we have launched our Giving Back campaign with our baby bank charity partner, Baby Basics UK Baby banks are a vital lifeline for families who cannot afford basic essentials. We were saddened to learn that 4.3 million children in the UK are living in poverty and since COVID, referral rates at Baby Basics have increased by 400%. Read more here: https://lnkd.in/ejDRE7wD

Our Christmas wish this year is to help babies and families in need. 💓 We’re so proud to announce, in our 5th year of supporting Baby Basics, we are partnering with them for our Giving Back appeal. Baby Basics help around 200 families each week, providing essential necessities to give children a better start in life and a safe place to sleep. We have supplied extra donations to Baby Basics this year and in 2025 we have proposed that our employees will regularly volunteer at their baby banks. Donate to the Silver Cross Pendle Pram Push 🥾✨ On Friday 27 September, the Silver Cross team will be taking part in our 2024 charity fundraiser, the Pendle Pram Push, to support The Principle Trust Children's Charity. The Pendle Pram Push is a 12-mile walk across the beautiful Pendle countryside, whereby team members will each push a Silver Cross pram every step of the way! The Principle Trust help to improve the quality of life of children from across Yorkshire who are underprivileged, disadvantaged, disabled or suffering from difficulties such as long-term, life threatening or limiting illnesses, through the provision of free holidays and respite breaks. When your lunch coincides with sunshine and early finish Fridays - it would be rude not to have a BBQ ☀️ Last Friday, the team were treated to a delightful spread of juicy burgers, hot dogs, halloumi vegetable kebabs and crisp salads. A truly delectable feast. Our teams awarded this culinary experience a stellar 4-star rating. 🤤 Thanks to Head Chef Carl and Sous chef Sue!
