3D Visuals for event + wedding producers so you can woo, wow and win clients

About us

You're an experienced event planner and have been working in the luxury event industry for a while. But, have you used 3D Visualisation? And if you have, did you know you can use Visualisation software to schedule events, plan logistics, cost projects and build bespoke infrastructure? If this sounds more than what your current visualisation services are offering you, it's because: 1. We only employ architects with years of professional experience designing multi million pound projects to visualise your event. It means they know how to build to industry standard and are used to planning from initial concept through to build out and handover 2. We use Revit, a Building Information Management (BIM) software, which means we can build intelligence into our model, making scheduling, costing and optioneering much faster and more efficient than before 3D Visualisation with BIM Modelling has been a game changer within the architectural industry. It's time to revolutionise event planning - not just with pretty images, but with immersive client pitches that can be fully scheduled and costed from the moment they're created. Beautiful. Buildable. Bespoke. It's what we do. Get in touch.

  • There are exciting developments at Silverley Visuals as we embark on a 3D modelling journey of the Painted Hall at Greenwich! 🏰 Our team of skilled visualisers, all architects, can use the virtual tours, site images and scaled maps to build an immersive 3D model of this iconic venue - without having to conduct on site surveys. We often complete a thorough desktop study remotely as we find that our clients are working to tight deadlines and want an overall impression of the design. When we do this, it means we can bring the venue to you, virtually, with a remarkable degree of accuracy. However, our team have all also been trained to draw buildings down to the millimetre and are skilled at conducting detailed site surveys to ensure the maximum accuracy. Whatever your needs, at Silverley Visuals we're committed to fulfilling your brief. If you have a venue in mind and want to discuss the possibility of us building it remotely or conducting a site visit, get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible. 🚀✨ #3DModelling #EventTechnology #SilverleyVisuals #InnovationInDesign

  • One of the best things about living in the 21st century is the embrace and acceptance of all individuals within society - and no more so than building regulations requiring all new buildings to be as accessible for wheelchair users as for non-wheelchair users. It's something we believe in passionately at Silverley Visuals. But the issue is - with older buildings, how can you adapt them so they're accessible to everyone? We draw on the building regulation codes to design accessible features so that all events we work on have the possibility of being attended equally by attendees. On top of that, we can offer design advice to you and your clients. So, if you have a problem that needs to be resolved, or want to review your event to ensure it's accessible. Get in touch. We'll have a look and let you know. #eventprofs #accessibility #eventdesign #eventdesigner

  • Happy New Year!!! ❄ Now that Christmas is over, we're already dreaming of the summer sun and imagining events outdoors 🍸 🌞 One of the top ways we help our clients plan for outdoor events is through our geolocation tool. Using geolocation means that we can track the movement of the sun on our clients' venues throughout the day and enable our event production clients to: ☀ Identify the best place to put their tipi / marquee to soak up the best of the light ⚫ Find the shaded sections to ensure there's always a seating area in the shade 👀 See where additional shade might be needed in the hotter months #geolocation #sunstudies #eventprofs #eventdesign #eventideas

  • When orchestrating our previous event, our primary focus revolved around ensuring accessibility for all attendees. It became evident that accommodating the needs of older or unwell individuals was essential for them to fully enjoy the occasion. Addressing various barriers encountered by diverse guests is akin to accommodating different dietary requirements - the challenges aren't fully grasped until experienced firsthand. Events often pose numerous accessibility hurdles. Traditional venue access involving stairs can be insurmountable for those with mobility concerns or in wheelchairs. Modern trends like 360 visuals can be inaccessible to the visually impaired, and seemingly elegant low seating can pose difficulties for those with limited mobility. We encountered these issues frequently when considering our event attendees. Our event seemed inherently challenging, from the uneven terrain to the absence of adequate sun cover and uncomfortable seating in the tipi we envisioned. What made the crucial difference was our Creative Director, Jack, a qualified architect specialising in designing spaces that eliminate these barriers, drawing from over a decade of experience. Our solutions? We addressed ground irregularities, levelled the terrain, tracked the sun's trajectory across the site, and ensured ample shaded seating options. Even the distances between the bar, restrooms, and dining area were meticulously measured to ease navigation. If this sounds like a venue your client is obsessing over, fret not. We can advise on anything from accessibility to technical design intent so that your client gets the event they want and everyone can have a good time. #accessibility #inclusivity #eventprofessional #eventdesign #eventvisualization #architect
