  • At Simpila Wellbeing we can provide you with a total integration and development approach to implementing (MHFA England®) Mental Health First Aid programmes into your organisation. With over 3,500 Mental Health First Aiders trained by us over the past 5 years we have developed a programme that works for clients of all sizes. Our Awareness (first) - Education - Support model helps to bring everyone in the organisation along on the journey. One of the biggest challenges with Mental Health First Aid is there is often no initial plan as to how to communicate with the organisation, engage with those who might be struggling, and how to continue to evolve the role following the initial training. If you are looking to implement Mental Health First Aid in 2024 we would love to chat with you, and talk you through the right approach and process. The world is evolving rapidly, mental health and all topics of wellbeing are becoming more open and awareness is increasing. Are you ready to provide that expected support to your teams in the future? If you would like to chat with one of our amazing team please feel free to send us a message/enquiry: training@simpila.com 💚
