Our company established itself as the UK’s first fully sustainable sea salt maker. Produced on the Isle Of Skye, the Seaweed brings balance to Sea Salt. Naturally rich in iodine, its strong umami taste combines with our sweet iconic salt crystals, elevating it to new heights. We find this perfect type of balance when looking at Neist Point : The perfect deep blue of the sea clashes with the majestuous rugged rock formations, creating a, uncanny, yet sumptuous and mesmerizing landscape. Smoked sea salt came as an evidence as we thought about Skye's earth and rock formation. The peat and smoked taste might even be part of Scotland's culinary heritage; the powerful, literal taste of its land. When looking at the Black Cuillin Ridge cutting through the blue sky(e) and watching over the moor, it speaks alot about the ancestral, strong untamed power of the earth.
