We are incredibly proud to share some exciting news from the Family Team at Slater Heelis! 🎉 Amy Price has been appointed as Chair of the Manchester YRes Committee. Resolution is a leading national organisation for family law professionals, with Young Resolution playing a key role in supporting members up to 10 years' PQE. The Manchester branch is renowned for its active engagement and robust support network. Amy’s appointment is a fantastic achievement and reflects her dedication to the field. We’re also thrilled to announce additional committee roles: 🤳 Chloe Huggins will join as Social Media Representative. 🎉 Jodi Tuson continues her role as Social Secretary. 💸 Gabriella Basiuk has been appointed Treasurer. 🌟 Claire Higham remains a valued committee member. With five team members actively contributing to the Manchester Young Resolution Committee, we are excited about the opportunities this presents for both personal and professional growth. 👏 A huge well done to Amy, Chloe, Jodi, Gabriella, and Claire for these fantastic achievements!

The Employment Rights Bill 2024 has seen some key amendments recently, including: • Extending the time limit for tribunal claims to 6 months. • Introducing a statutory probationary period between 3-9 months. • Recognising menstrual health as part of gender equality considerations.
