  • Last week’s World Economic Forum has given me so much to think about. This year’s theme was “Rebuilding Trust,” and #AI became a central focus for many of the discussions. We’ve already seen geopolitical and economic uncertainty heading into 2024. With more than 70 global elections taking place in 2024, businesses, leaders and companies are seeking insights and resilience to help create a path for the future. I’m excited to see the potential that trust-based technology and #responsibleAI can play in helping us navigate our biggest challenges. How do we use these tools to benefit all of humanity—for instance, by helping us solve sustainability issues and widening participation in education—while mitigating risks? In his Bloomberg News interview with Brad Stone, Marc Benioff talked about how strong and deep values are more important now than ever before—not just as the foundation of #trust—but also in delineating what makes humans, human in a world augmented by AI.
