The Ministry of Sound was the perfect venue to showcase the all-round experience of group exercise – music, lighting, movement and innovation all in perfect harmony. Great day with the Snap Fitness EMEA family yesterday at the Group Programming Launch at Ministry of Sound ! Excited to bring S7 classes to my club, it’s the shake up we need with our timetable. Lots to plan, lots to implement, and roll on Januarys launch! Spending the journey back to the island planning on how our club can make the most of the classes on the timetable ready for a big year ahead. Also on the lookout for group exercise instructors/PT’s! Always nice to spend time with our KMP family too ❤️ Although if we don’t implement a raving toilet room in our club, I’ll be disappointed 😂💃 No idea how, but this year has flown by, roll on next week where we’re heading upto Leicester for the National fitness Award finals! Move together, grow together, every workout, every goal, one community, 24/7! 💪

What an unforgettable day for Snap Fitness! As a gym manager, I’ve been to my fair share of events, but today was something special. Being at the Ministry of Sound for the launch of the new S7 programs was nothing short of inspiring. This wasn’t just a launch, it was a game-changer for Snap Fitness and for what’s to come in 2025! The energy in the room was electric. From the signature workouts to the music-driven fitness experiences, it’s clear that S7 is more than a workout, it’s an experience. Seeing it come to life today made me so excited to bring this innovation back to my own club and share it with my members. A huge shoutout to Escape Fitness, Matrix Fitness UK and Myzone® for helping create such an incredible event. The blend of music, movement, and innovation was seamless, and the Ministry of Sound was the perfect backdrop to showcase what makes S7 so unique. Here’s to redefining fitness and making 2025 our best year yet!

Great day so far Snap Fitness EMEA Group Ex Launch at the Ministry of Sound. Starting the day off with a SAVAGE Hyrox sessions at Fort Gym with Samuel Boyton and into a day of learning all about the exciting new group ex series coming! Extremely exciting to see Snap Fitness progress with this new offering and how much the brand has evolved in the 4 1/2 years I’ve been with them. 3 more trial classes later.. it’s been a sweaty day!

3 years ago, we started our journey to create a space for members to thrive in their health & fitness goals and to have a space which is truly theirs. Today, I am so proud to show off the incredible gym that Snap Fitness Bodmin is. It wouldn’t be the place that it is without the super team & members that have developed into the most encouraging and welcoming community. The past 3 years, we’ve celebrated so many goals that have been achieved thanks to the helpful staff and supportive members.
