In just 6 hours, I had the privilege of being a host, speaker, and moderator, engaging with senior automotive executives at none other than the iconic Lord’s Home of Cricket 🏏 A massive thank you to the NFDA | National Franchised Dealers Association and Auto Trader UK 🚘 for making this unforgettable experience possible. 🔎 It was a rare moment to get an up-close lens on the 6 Chinese automotive innovators set to revolutionize the UK & European markets in 2025: BYD, XPENG, GEELY Farizon, Leapmotor, Lotus Cars Europe and Skywell UK. Together, they shared their bold visions with the UK’s top franchised dealerships. An electrifying glimpse into the future of mobility ⚡️ The day also featured insightful presentations from industry leaders like Bo Yu, Ian Plummer, Steve Young, Simon Bisp, Marc Palmer, & Miles Trower. To cap it all off, I had the honor of moderating a thought-provoking panel ft. Charles Essam, Nic Thomas, Chris Wiseman and Bo Yu. Together, we tackled the big question: Is 2025 the year for new players to truly establish themselves in the UK? Huge thanks to Sue Robinson, Symon Cook & Ian Plummer trusting me with this role.
