By the age of 27, more than a third of graduates live in a different travel to work area from where they were born when they were 16. This indicates a significant level of mobility among graduates in search of better job opportunities, especially in London and South East. This movement compounds regional disparities, as high-skilled individuals are concentrated in specific areas while other regions, especially rural areas and smaller towns, struggle to attract and retain talent, further widening the economic and social mobility gap. Our Innovation and Productivity event will explore this and more. Book your place via: https://lnkd.in/eK-k2d5N
