6 products, 10 countries, 20 cities, 1.000 attendees     Over the past weeks, we have been touring all over Europe and presenting our new SOLARWATT Home solution including the all new SOLARWATT vision product portfolio to Solarwatt installation partners, which will be available from 2025!     Okay, I admit it! There was a slightly smaller audience overall than during Taylor Swift's “Eras” tour. But we are still very proud of the first European tour in Solarwatt's history. And you still need goals in life, don’t you 😉    Of course, we were particularly thrilled with the consistently positive feedback from our visitors, who not only enjoyed the events, but also celebrated the new products in style.    My special thanks go to the teams from SOLARWATT Germany, SOLARWATT France, SOLARWATT Italy, Solarwatt Benelux, SOLARWATT Spain and Solarwatt UK & Ireland. And of course to everyone else who made our European tour possible. You know who you are! 🙏🏻    Let's take off in 2025! 🚀    #PoweringABetterTomorrow

Designed in cooperation with the #BMW Group it allows end customers to make optimal use of their self-generated solar power and reduce energy costs. 💡How is Solarwatt redefining storage performance? ⏰ Time of Use - you decide when the price is right! The SOLARWATT Battery vision stores surplus solar power during the day and releases it again in the evening and at night when the electricity demand in the house increases. The Battery vision is "Time of Use"- ready and intelligently uses electricity price signals from the power exchange in combination with the SOLARWATT Manager and Inverter vision. ⚠️ Maximum Safety for the home - VDE application rule VDE-AR-E 2510-50, European Battery Regulation (EU-BattVO). It is compliant with British installation and fire protection regulations and thus facilitates the implementation of safety standards. ☀️ Modular & Flexible - With SOLARWATT Battery vision, you are opting for maximum flexibility. Thanks to its modular design, the storage capacity can be adapted precisely to your needs. Each pack has a usable storage capacity of 2.6 kWh. Battery vision allows storage sizes from 5.2 to 18.2 kWh (2 to 7 packs). 🔐 Security even during a power outages -The Battery vision provides you with extra security during power outages. Thanks to the integrated backup power function and the corresponding SOLARWATT Inverter vision, you can continue to operate essential devices even in the event of a grid failure. • 🔋 Solarwatt UK & Ireland Myth-Busting UK Home Battery Storage Installations 🔧 Home battery storage is gaining traction across the UK as a smart way to save on energy bills and embrace greener living. But some persistent myths about installations are holding homeowners back. Let’s clear them up! ❌ Myth 1: Installing a battery system is disruptive and complicated. ✅ Truth: A professional installer can typically complete the job in just 1-2 days with minimal disruption. Pre-installation assessments ensure everything runs smoothly and fits your home’s setup. Solarwatt has a network of expert partners throughout the country where quality, safety and efficiency is their priority too. ❌ Myth 2: Batteries only work with new solar panels. ✅ Truth: Most modern battery systems can integrate with existing solar setups, regardless of their age. Retrofits are common and effective, often using a hybrid inverter to make it seamless. Ask an expert installer for their advice. ❌ Myth 3: You need a lot of space for a battery. ✅ Truth: Battery systems are compact and versatile. They can be installed indoors, like in a utility room or garage, or outdoors in weatherproof enclosures—a professional installer will give good advice and recommend what is best. ❌ Myth 4: Planning permission is always required. ✅ Truth: In most cases, no planning permission is needed for home battery installations. Exceptions might apply in listed buildings or conservation areas, but these are rare. ❌ Myth 5: Batteries are unsafe to install at home. ✅ Truth: Modern lithium-ion batteries are designed with safety as a top priority, featuring built-in protections against overheating and overcharging. Professional installation ensures compliance with all safety standards. 💡 Why It Matters Battery storage is easier to install than many think and can transform how you manage energy—lower bills, reduced reliance on the grid, and smarter use of renewables. 💬 Have questions or hesitations about battery storage and want to find out more about the SOLARWATT Battery vision or our installer partnerships? Let’s discuss and dispel any myths! Neal Goddard, Shaun Goundry, Vernon Parker #BatteryStorage #MythBusting #RenewableEnergy #EnergyIndependence #Sustainability #UKEnergy
