In food manufacturing, cameras help to automate contaminant detection, doing so accurately and faster than manual processes. However, if a contaminant resembles the food in color and shape, it is necessary to adopt a multi-spectral camera or multiple standard cameras, and this increases the size and cost of the overall system. Optimal multi-spectral cameras solve this problem. https://lnkd.in/eCNm69ti 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 4 𝐰𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐬 When the use of a multi-spectral camera is restricted to a specific use case, we assume that using only 4 wavelengths would be sufficient to achieve high-accuracy identification. Therefore, an optimal multi-spectral camera is designed to use a multi-band filter that splits the light into 4 wavelengths. We have posted several imaging examples on the web, so please check them out. https://lnkd.in/eqenCSqY
