The day featured hands-on sessions with the latest moving & manual handling equipment, where the team explored how to effectively utilise GULDMANN hoists and walking harnesses within the context of a treatment session. We also looked at advances in transfer aids from ETAC and devices to assist individuals who have fallen, such as the DHG RAIZER. A key focus was on positive risk assessment in the community setting, ensuring safe, effective moving & manual handling.
