What a brilliant night at the #garrickpanto ! Jack and the Beanstalk is superb! Sam Rabone - Pantomime Dame's shenanigans (and outfits) get better each year. We don't want to give too much away; but super acting, singing, music, jokes, silliness and loads of audience participation! How lucky are we to have Lichfield Garrick Theatre . There are still some tickets available (and Black Friday offers too) head to lichfieldgarrick.com or phone 01543 412121 to join in the fun! #panto #Pantomime #lichfieldgarrick #charitypartner

Thank you to the Garfield Weston Foundation who have supported Spark charity with help towards our operating costs over 2025! We are entirely dependent on raising the funds to keep all of our activities and services going. We are a small independent charity doing our best for families and communities. Thanks to Garfield Weston for the help with our costs! #garfieldwestonfoundation #sparkburntwood #charity #funding #grantfunding #thankyouforyoursupport

We managed to surprise Andy tonight at the Staffordshire Council of Voluntary Youth Services AGM as we knew he'd be getting a certificate and recognition for his amazing volunteering with Spark in the Les Simmons Impact Awards! Well done Andy and it's a good job we managed to get you there under false pretences! Nicky, Aum and Esther were also representing Spark, with Rhiannon our lovely SCVYS development officer. If you don't know about SCVYS they help groups and charities like ours all over Staffordshire like Scouts, youth groups, volunteers etc. They are brilliant and do a lot for young people throughout the county. Always great to hear what is going on and see the impact volunteering has!

Thank you for the time, commitment, and effort you bring to your charities to help them thrive. #trusteesweek https://lnkd.in/eakJ2Uwz

Spark Christmas Appeal Well I think we can mention it now....and we have had people ask us - so here it is.... Please could you support Burntwood children and families this festive season? You could donate via Give a Little to Spark here: t.ly/sqkPF for us to buy what's most needed. You could donate children's toys or crafts, toiletry type gift sets, new clothes or in date food. Please ensure they are new and unwrapped and the bag/box is clearly labelled. You could buy a present off our wish list to be delivered to Spark: https://lnkd.in/eeFuhy4z Drop Off Point Spark Community Centre, Mossbank Avenue, Burntwood, WS7 4UN (9am-3pm Mon, Wednesday and Friday, until 5pm Tuesday and Thursday) If you cannot make it to Spark please contact us. Or if you’d like to support in a different way by hosting a collection at your place of work for example. Please note: cut off point for physical donations is FRIDAY 29th NOVEMBER For more info, to nominate someone for help or if you want more info on supporting Spark please email us on giving@sparkburntwood.org These gifts are passed to families facing financial hardship, those who have been recently bereaved, children in care, those affected by serious illness or complex needs, families affected by domestic abuse, families who may need a helping hand or those nominated by other organisations and professionals. *Please note the reason the appeal closes at the end of November - is so that we can get items out to parents in good time before Christmas. This is because items can then be given to children from parents and carers so that it takes the stress away from families who are worried at this time. If you know you are going to donate then the earlier you can do this really helps us massively. If you'd like to donate after the cut off date then financial contributions or vouchers we can still distribute to those in need or to get food parcels during the festive season. Thank you very much for your support! *Finally PLEASE only donate if you are in a position to do so.
