Man down!! Today we said goodbye to Lewis Moore as he sets off on a career break to travel around East Asia. I like to think we weren't the cause for needing that break... and he has assured me that we weren't! Lewis gave us over 3 months' notice on his decision to leave and its made a big difference in allowing us to plan a smooth handover with clients and the team. But in that time, my word, he has worked SO hard (maybe not so much the last few days when he's ran out of stuff to do😂) and he has genuinely knocked it out the park. Your efforts have been massively appreciated Lewis. A huge THANK YOU for everything you have done while you have been at Spike, and we're happy we have been part of your journey. Have an AMAZING time and we will see you on the other side 😊 ...P.S I know I wrote "you're dead to me" in your card, but you're not. Make sure you keep in touch mate🤣

Our award for 'Best B2C Marketing Campaign' has finally arrived. This is the award that we didn't turn up to collect, which I guess just goes to prove to any cynics that you don't always have to take an expensive table at an awards ceremony to be the agency that gets the win!
