Meet Michael Reith, our aspiring Cardiac Physiologist at Spire St Anthony's Hospital. 🏥 His journey from Healthcare Assistant to pursuing a BSc in Healthcare Science Practitioner (Cardiac Physiology), through Spire’s Apprenticeship Program and Middlesex University is truly inspiring. Michael commented: 💬 "Once I started the apprenticeship degree, I felt like I'd found my career. The Cardiology Team at Spire St Anthony's Hospital have been incredible. It's a fun environment which encourages growth. "The Cardiac Physiologists have been so supportive and eager to teach. Spire Little Aston Hospital has maintained its gold ‘Quality Data Provider Award’ from the National Joint Registry for the fifth year ⭐ The National Joint Registry monitors the performance of hip, knee, ankle, elbow and shoulder joint replacement procedures to help improve clinical outcomes for the benefit of patients, but also to provide feedback on surgical performance to orthopaedic clinicians and joint replacement implant manufacturers. Ed Ireland, Hospital Director at Spire Little Aston Hospital, said: 💬 "Improving patient safety is of the upmost importance and something all staff at Spire Little Aston Hospital take very seriously.
