Earlier today I gave at talk at the University of South Wales, followed by an unrelated interview on stakeholder engagement for Llywodraeth Cymru / Welsh Government and it all comes down to this 👇. The unique Start Something Good social hackathons that Martin Downes FRSA and I deliver on behalf of Cwmpas. We’ve now delivered 62 of these events, each bespoke in their approach, each bringing diverse teams together to share strengths and ideas to explore fresh ideas for social change. Most of our events are open to the general public to attend so feel free to give Start Something Good a follow to keep updated for any hacks near you. EVERYONE has something to offer and ANYONE has the ability to inspire positive change.

A third of the way in and I’m really enjoying “Obsolete” by Chris Baker. As discovered on the Uncensored CMO podcast with Jon Evans. Some incredibly powerful facts and stories that will inevitably be referenced by myself and Martin Downes FRSA at future Start Something Good social hackathons. Even at this early stage in the book, it’s already on my recommended list! An ideal Christmas present to inspire social change!

A month ago Start Something Good facilitated the #WrexFactor. We had a blast!
