Founder of Ideas Forums | Creator of Ideas Fest – the ‘Glastonbury for Business’ | Building Communities & Celebrating Entrepreneurs Shaping the Future

Happy New Year All! 🎉 With so many new faces here, I thought I’d take a moment to reintroduce myself and share what I’m all about. I’m Francesca, co-founder of Ideas Forums with Professor Dylan Jones-Evans OBE , where we create spaces to celebrate, support, and connect entrepreneurs and ambitious businesses. Here’s what keeps us busy: ✨ The Great British Entrepreneur Awards & Community – often called “the Grammys of entrepreneurship”. More than just an awards programme, it’s a platform to champion and connect entrepreneurs. Over the past 13 years, we’ve celebrated thousands of entrepreneurs making an incredible impact in their industries and communities. ✨ The UK StartUp Awards – Recognising businesses in their first three years, we spotlight many businesses that we're sure will become tomorrows household names. ✨ The UK Fast Growth Index Established in Wales in 1999 and now a UK wide programme, The UK Fast Growth Index highlights the fastest-growing businesses across seven regions, showcasing the incredible contributions of scale-ups to the UK economy. ✨ The Great British Industry Awards (new!) – Celebrating mid sized businesses with £10 million to £200 million turnover - often the unsung heroes! ✨ Ideas Fest – Born out of Covid when indoor events seemed unlikely to return as we once knew them, we imagined what a community focused outdoor event might look like. Think talks in tents, food stalls and festival fun. Luckily our community loved it and "Glastonbury for Business" is swiftly turning into a must attend event for entrepreneurs. 🪩 🎪 💃 On a personal note, I’ll also be kicking off 2025 with a 🛺 rickshaw race across India in March (yes, really!) alongside a group of extraordinary women, because why not start the year with a challenge? 💪 What’s next? In 2025, we’re doubling down on building our community. More on that soon! If you’re a founder, entrepreneur, or someone dreaming big, I'm thrilled to be connected and look forward to following your journey on here!

  • 🚀 Investors Wanted! 🚀 At Startup Awards, we’re all about connecting brilliant minds. Next year, we’re looking to add more brilliant angels, VCs, and PE firms to our community. With 8,000+ applications across our programmes, we spot the next big things before they’re household names. Many applicants tell us if they’re raising and what they’re looking for, and with their opt-in permissions, we’re accelerating our matchmaking. Interested? Email us at awards@ideasforums.com with: • Your sector interests • Typical investment size • Sweet-spot criteria We’ll be in touch when we find great matches!

Founder & CEO at Clue Content | Transforming Social Media content with Data-Driven Creativity | 2023 Creative Entrepreneur of the Year

National StartUp Awards champion!! I can’t tell you how much it means to be recognised as one of the best start ups in the U.K. 🤯 It’s an absolutely gruelling and testing job being the founder and CEO of a Start Up. And it’s even more crazy for the staff we take along with us on the way. But my god 💪 In 19 short months we have managed to: • Grow to a team of over 17 people • Achieved MVP & Product Market Fit • Work with over 500 businesses • Grow an email list and follower base of over 7000 people • Develop our our own technology • Secure just under £600k in seed investment • Have a dedicated and amazing core client base who we love dearly • Exhibit, show and speak about the business all over the country • Have a documentary premier in Leicester Square in London • Get accepted onto the prestigious Innovate UK growth programme • Win the Great British Entrepreneur Awards & Community award for 2023 • Set up office in a High Street location • Meet and make amazing new friends who are absolute rock stars in entrepreneurship But most of all - have fun and do what I love and what the team loves every single day ♥️ The big plan for the company was always to go really hard and fast and aim for a unicorn exit by the time I am 40. Year 1 has been on track Year 2 has been on track And as we head into our year 3 it’s going to be an absolute head in the pan year - as we bring our technology solution to market and support large corporations and governments to make more effective and intelligent decisions when it comes to their marketing campaigns. This is the big year that counts. And I’m so prepped and ready for what is to come for the company and the exciting adventures yet to be had. But winning this award has forced me to pause, take a breath and realise how far we’ve come in such a short amount of time and say a huge THANK YOU to everyone that supports Clue is with us on the journey and will be with us in the next phase of this business ♥️
