Trying to deliver your technology or change programme with “not quite the right fit” people from your consultancy partners? Finding it galling to sign off contractor’s timesheets whether they have met your objectives or not? Fear not. The cavalry has arrived. Stellarmann is the new name for William Alexander Consulting. We launched in 2020 when clients told us they wanted to attract the very best of the UK’s contractors, whilst staying compliant with IR35 legislation. Since then, we have successfully built all-star teams across a wide variety of business transformation programmes. Our clients include speciality insurers, banks and public sector organisations. If we’re being formal (which is rarely), we’d say we offer outcome-based professional services. In practice, this means pulling together the best, often niche, people for your project and a shared risk model that sees us only get paid when deliverables are, well, delivered. Add to that our premier league team of delivery managers. They produce robust Statements of Work and remove the headache of line management, resulting in a winning combination for our clients.

We're changing up a gear from the bake sales! Next month, we’re deepening our relationship with Sussex-based charity Bramber Bakehouse and running a pilot workshop for graduates of their programme. Bramber Bakehouse is an award-winning charity supporting women who’ve experienced abuse, exploitation or displacement by giving them life skills and confidence, through baking. Stellarmann's volunteers are using their expertise in telling the story of your skills and achievements to help the women create their CV – the first step on the road to employment, volunteering opportunities or further education.
