Hang on, can this be right? Wise, the financial services company I use to accept payments easily in local currencies from my clients abroad, has given me a tiny refund of the fees I paid last month because "the costs to provide [me] with [their] services were less" than they'd charged. The refund is tiny, but the fees were pretty low already (and the ForX rates attractive), which is why I use Wise. Yet this is positive customer relations beyond anything I have experienced before. (BTW if you want to try Wise, let me know, because they pay me and any commercial company referred £50 each for a completed referral.) And no making fun of my middle name.
