The funding was secured against the borrower’s current residence in Pathhead, which is currently listed for sale, and was used to raise capital toward the purchase of a new home. This transaction represents StreamBank’s commitment to expanding its footprint in Scotland, where the lender has recently begun operating. The team worked in close collaboration with McVey & Murricane Solicitors to navigate Scotland’s distinct legal conveyancing processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for the client.
