Subsea7 welcomes graduate engineers in Portugal Our Lisbon office recently welcomed four new entrants to the Subsea7 Graduate Engineer Development Scheme - a two-year course designed to prepare them for a successful career in the energy industry. Joining our engineering team in the Portuguese capital, they’ve already learned about key aspects of our business’ activities, while making connections among the peers and mentors they’ll work closely with from 2025-27. Lisbon is a growing hub of global talent, exemplified by this group of diverse, multinational GEDS members – we’re very pleased they have chosen to join us, and look forward to seeing them grow into their roles. #Being7 #MakePossible

The launch of our Seven Oceans flagship vessel back in 2007 marked the start of a new era of innovation in vessel design - an era that has transformed subsea pipeline and construction. Over the past 20 years we’ve designed and built multiple vessels to support our clients’ needs across the evolving energy industry. From multi-purpose heavy construction and pipelaying vessels like Seven Borealis, through to high-performance pipelay support vessels like Seven Waves. Today, our fleet of more than 30 vessels is one of the most modern, capable and diverse in the market. It enables our teams to support clients and deliver challenging projects in some of the world’s deepest waters. Watch the next issue of our Inspiring People series to learn more how Subsea7 is helping to make the energy transition possible.
