Take Your Marks exists to improve our world through inspiring others to #learn. A troubling truth for us all at the moment is that anxiety, depression and suicide rates in the UK for men continue to rise whilst corporate investment into #healthandwellbeing is at an all time high. Busy day ahead for Take Your Marks Consulting. We've been asked to design an innovative #learninganddevelopment solution for a client in the Northeast so this morning will be taken up on research. This afternoon is a group #coaching call with a group of Senior #MentalHealth Leaders as part of a 12 month programme of support. We'd like to share some real positives from this week as we head into the Bank Holiday weekend. Our latest Senior #Mental #Health #Leadership course was a massive success with some pretty good feedback for both Alan Clark and co-presenter Kelly Forrest (who managed to get away with "Brilliant! Excellent! Fantastic! Awesome!" at one point.) "I highly recommend the company to other organizations and will be placing staff on their training as part of our succession planning." Alan met with Stephen McQuillan Chartered FCIPD MIC yesterday to begin collaboration on a major new #strategic project. Watch this space... Take Your Marks Consulting will be collaborating with the very talented Sarah Smith on a fantastic initiative in the secondary #education sector. This is something that we are both extremely committed to and passionate about so a great way to sign off the week.
