Specialising in children's residential care, we are looking for someone who is looking to step up into a Supervisory role. Seniors take on a supervisory role and run shifts, supporting the house management and guiding the support workers. They take an active role in providing the children with emotional, social and behavioural support in order to achieve their goals and help them overcome the traumas they have suffered.
