About us

The Taylor Bennett Foundation (TBF) is a UK-based charity that welcomes diverse talent from Black, Asian, and ethnic minority backgrounds from ages 16- 24 to pursue a career in public relations and communications via our six professional development programmes. Established in 2008 by executive search firm Taylor Bennett, Dame Heather McGregor CBE and Brunswick Group, the Taylor Bennett Foundation exists to increase greater ethnic representation across the profession. What we do works. The Taylor Bennett Foundation has supported over 850 diverse professionals over the last fifteen years. With over 210 organisations supporting us, we run six key educational training professional development programmes that provide participants with the knowledge, skill set and network required to pursue and grow a successful career in public relations and communications. Our award-winning mentoring, training and internship programmes ensure that whether participants are entering the industry or are looking to move into senior management and leadership opportunities, our commitment to increasing ethnic representation remains at the forefront of our vision, mission and values.
