The platform’s latest updates enable teachers to personalise their selection of teaching techniques from the HOW2 Library. Preferences are saved for future visits and shared with colleagues, fostering highly tailored professional development and collaborative learning. Updates to the HOW2 Library have also unlocked new Priority Reports, providing concrete data on teaching and learning priorities. These reports identify and analyse perceived barriers to progress and can be generated for individual teachers, departments, or the entire organisation, allowing for highly targeted CPD sessions.
