🎉 Project Success Story: Zero Defects! 🎉 It’s hard to believe it’s been 12 months since we completed this bespoke water treatment facility for our valued client, Parker Hannifin, at their Birtley site in Newcastle upon Tyne. Today, we had the pleasure of returning to carry out the end-of-defects inspection alongside the fantastic client and design team — and what an outcome: ZERO defects! 🙌 We'd like to give a huge shoutout to Simon Rutter and Blake Hopkinson Architecture + Design Ltd, along with Paula Rae of Artis Consulting Ltd for their stellar role in Contract Administration, Nathan Ryder, our client’s representative, whose professionalism and collaboration made this project an absolute pleasure from start to finish, and Shadbolt Group who expertly handled all structural matters. It’s a proud moment for The Team Build Group to see the building looking as good today as it did on the day we handed it over. ✨ Transformation Complete at the Old Snooker Hall in Seaham! ✨ We’re thrilled to share the results of our recent project with Gills Fry Fry, where the Team Build Group was entrusted to breathe new life into a derelict snooker hall on Seaham’s beautiful seafront. Check out the before and after photos! This comprehensive refurbishment included: 🏗️ New groundwork and temporary works to stabilise the structure. 💪 Steel support structures to enhance durability. 🏢 New render and windows designed to improve the building’s EPC ratings. 🎨 Bespoke handcrafted shopfronts that are now the focal point of the transformation. The hall has been reimagined and divided into two modern shop spaces to serve the local community, blending functionality with charm. A big thank you to Gills Fry Fry for placing their trust in us.
