What results do we deliver for our team coaching clients? A social enterprise organisation approached Teamery to create a high-performing senior leadership team across the key focus areas. After identifying opportunities for growth and development, we applied a data-driven process and focused on psychological safety and developing a common language and purpose (see Part 1 for more). The team coaching resulted in: - a safe space for honest conversations - the team working better together - relationships being mended - communication improving - previous disagreements being processed and resolved - clarity around team structure and the roles within the team The team also reported that they are now actively continuing to work on their relationships, building trust and unity. They are also able to have tough conversations with increased energy and understanding of each other and attitudes to senior management have improved. They feel better able to work together to analyse and improve problem areas and there is a felt sense of team cohesion. One of the team coaching participants shared their experience: “It has been a rewarding journey of leadership growth, especially in developing trust, empathy, and deeper connections among team members. Through focused efforts and intentional practices, we’ve strengthened our ability to support one another, communicate openly, and foster a collaborative environment. This growth has not only enhanced our individual leadership capacities but has also cultivated a more cohesive and resilient team dynamic, setting a strong foundation for continued success and collective achievement.” Email hello@teamery.io for the full case study. #teamcoaching #casestudy #buildingbetterteams

What does a team coaching intervention look like? A social enterprise team coaching client with 16 leaders of teams came to us for help. The CEO wanted to create a high-performing senior leadership team across the key focus areas within the organisation. The organisation brought in Teamery to help with these specific team challenges and we agreed to the following process over a six-month timeline: → Diagnostics: Teamery used an online specialist Team diagnostic tool to gather data from each of the team members and followed up with one-on-one confidential interviews with each team member to gain further insights. → Stakeholder Engagement: We interviewed key stakeholders and developed the Team Diagnostic Report. → Launch & Session 1: In this in-person session, with support from Teamery, the team reviewed the data from the diagnostics and then contracted ways of working, and developed a team agreement and a growth pathway that defined what they wanted to achieve. This included a focus on measures of success and how they would celebrate their achievements. → Virtual Sessions 2 - 5: In these four virtual sessions, the two Teamery coaches partnered with the team to map their process and pathways to success, their key learnings, and ways to celebrate wins. The team reflected on its key learnings and agreements were reached on individual responsibilities and team accountability. → Close Out Session 6: In the final one-day in-person session, the team shared 'stories of change', celebrated their successes and planned forward for the next six to twelve months. Follow for Part 2 - the results. #teamcoaching #buildingbetterteams #teamperformance

By celebrating the right moments, in the right way, you create a culture of recognition that fosters growth, collaboration, and a sense of belonging among your team. Here’s how you can effectively celebrate with your team: What to Celebrate ▪️First Wins: Celebrate when a team achieves something for the first time, especially when taking on new responsibilities. This boosts confidence and encourages continued growth. ▪️Above and Beyond: Recognise when team members go above and beyond to help each other, such as covering a colleague's workload. ▪️Values Hero: Celebrate when team members exemplify company values in their work, reinforcing the behaviours you want to encourage. ▪️Shining Star: Acknowledge when a team member delivers outstanding results on a key project, whether a big milestone or a crucial decision. ▪️Hidden Gem: Recognise employees who consistently contribute to the team’s success, even if their tasks are not glamorous but essential. ▪️When was the last time you celebrated a success? Are you making the most of opportunities to celebrate your team - both their progress and successes? There are so many benefits to taking time to celebrate with your team. It recognises and appreciates achievement, showcases strengths, builds a sense of belonging and connects the team to its bigger ‘why’. It reinforces what matters to the organisation, and deepens culture. Pausing to celebrate provides a moment to acknowledge the distance the team has travelled and where it has gone. It also galvanises the team to keep moving and look ahead to their ‘next.’ #teamcoaching #buildingbetterteams #TeamSuccess
