Today, we celebrated Christmas in true TeamFeePay style with a fantastic Christmas party! 🎄 From our Secret Santa exchange to a feast of delicious pizzas, the holiday spirit was in full swing. And to top it all off, the ultimate quiz hosted by none other than Manus Magill had everyone in stitches and their competitive sides shining! It was a fantastic way to celebrate the season and wrap up the year together as a team.

Our very own Michael Cunningham recently travelled to Spain, marking an exciting chapter in our international expansion. This time, he had the privilege of meeting our first-ever Spanish club, Madrid Club de Fútbol Femenino! As pioneers in Spanish women’s football, Madrid Club de Fútbol Femenino embodies everything we admire: ambition, growth, and a deep-rooted passion for the game. It’s an honour to partner with such a trailblazing club and support them in their journey both on and off the pitch. Michael’s visit highlights our commitment to empowering football clubs globally, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to thrive. From streamlining operations to enhancing community engagement, we’re here to make managing clubs simpler, so they can focus on what matters most – the beautiful game. The Christmas Spirit well and truly arrived today at TeamFeePay. Whether in our Belfast headquarters or out in the field, all our staff turned up dressed to impress in their Christmas jumpers, some much more dedicated than others. We also chad two birthdays to celebrate for Susan and Ronan, and the day topped off with a Catalyst Pool Competition victory for TeamFeePay, with Seanan and Jack winning in the final.

Yesterday, we brought together all our managers for a productive and inspiring meeting to reflect on an incredible year at TeamFeePay and to set our sights on even greater success in 2025. 2024 was a year of growth, challenges, and achievements. Together, we celebrated milestones, reviewed lessons learned, and recognised the hard work that continues to make a difference for grassroots football clubs across the UK and Ireland. Looking ahead to 2025, we’ve set ambitious goals and targets that align with our mission to simplify and empower club management: ⚽ Driving innovation in our platform and services. ⚽ Strengthening partnerships with Football Associations and clubs. ⚽ Expanding our reach to support even more communities. ⚽ Focusing on customer success, retention, and long-term growth. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain positive relationships across grassroots football clubs by engaging with key club stakeholders. Understand the club development priorities and approaches across the FAs in the region. Work with clubs in developing club development plans based on a needs led approach around our 5 pillars. Our staff turned out in force to represent TeamFeePay at Invest Northern Ireland's 'Our Future in Focus' event at ICC Belfast | Waterfront Hall | Ulster Hall.
