👏 What a pleasure it was to have The Body Coach (Joe Wicks) over at #Yodel Skyways HQ for a HIIT session with our wonderful team. The Body Coach also took part in a Q&A session with our colleagues offering tips on nutrition, getting active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Safe to say he put the team through their paces during their workout too 😅. #Yodel #TheBodyCoach #Workout #Exercise #Health #Activity

Can you help me spread the word about ‘Movement Hour’? ☺️ Our lives are busier than ever and it can often be hard to prioritise ourselves and our health and fitness. So what if we could help employees find a bit of time for themselves during the work day? That’s why I'm calling on all employers across the country to give their employees an hour off work on March 5th to move their bodies and feel the benefits of daily physical exercise ☺️ Find out more and join Movement Hour here: https://lnkd.in/e4Tg--67

THIS DECEMBER ON The Body Coach APP, EVERY WORKOUT COUNTS 💪 We're always thinking about how we can help more people – and get more people moving, too. We know it's tough to stay motivated to exercise in December. So, what if we gave you a little incentive, that will keep us all moving and do good at the same time? RAISE MONEY FOR CHARITY WITH YOUR APP WORKOUTS THROUGHOUT DECEMBER 🎄 Every workout you complete in December will increase our donation to the national homeless charity, Crisis. A We will donate £50 for every 1,000 workouts completed in the app. To give you a better idea of what this would mean, last year, our app community collectively completed 148,000 workouts. So if we do the same again this year, that'll be a £7,500 donation to Crisis. IT'S TIME TO WORK TOGETHER 🙌 As our Body Coach community, we’d love you to work together to smash those workouts, stay energised, and give back while you’re doing it. Can we reach 200,000 workouts in December together… or more? That would mean an incredible £10,000 for charity. This is a powerful way to support our mission of getting people moving, but also give back to those who need it most during the festive season. We'll be updating our community throughout the month and let you know what donation milestones you've reached. We believe you can do it. Do you?

Some thoughts after my Brighton 5KM meet-up today: I really do love doing these runs. I never take this for granted. The fact that today I can turn up to any town anywhere in the country and have hundreds and sometimes thousands of people run with me ☺️ I appreciate these moments because I know they won’t be around forever. Every run is special to me so thank you for being here. I love meeting people and seeing them with a big smile on their faces after. Seeing the power of movement and exercise in action. It’s such a wonderful atmosphere. Everyone cheering everyone on and encouraging each other. People of all ages and fitness levels trying their best. I never leave until every single person gets a selfie or a hug. I know that one day these crowds will start to get smaller and one day I’ll end up running alone. I’m ok with this. I know this is my moment to make an impact on the world. If I’ve made a positive impact on your life let me know in the comments below 👇🏽 It’s the one thing which really lifts my mood and gives me energy when I’m feeling down or burning out 🙏🏼

Asda has today announced that it is making millions of pounds available to UK primary schools by encouraging families to use its loyalty programme – Asda Rewards.  In a game changing new campaign, fronted by Joe Wicks the supermarket is offering to donate 0.5% of the value of any shop done at Asda until 30th November 2024 to customers’ primary school of choice – when they shop using Asda Rewards. David Hills, Asda’s Chief Customer Officer said; “The entire team at Asda are absolutely delighted to launch Cashpot for Schools today – an initiative that is testament to our commitment to supporting families, and evidence of the incredible opportunity created by our Asda Rewards programme.    “We know that 87% of families are asked to contribute to their primary school to support funding – with some families contributing up to £138 per year, which is a significant sum when budgets remain tight.   “The power of Asda Rewards means we can create a route for them to donate directly to their school, simply by doing their normal shopping with Asda and benefiting from the great value we offer everyday, as well as topping up their own Cashpot. It’s a game changing initiative for schools and a win win for customers.”
