We help to change the lives of disadvantaged adults through training for independence.

About us

The CRUMBS Project is an award winning disability training charity helping to change the lives of adults with disabilities, mental health conditions, stabilised addictions, or acquired brain injuries, through Hospitality based professional training and development programmes. Charitable objective: “The promotion of education & social inclusion of disadvantaged individuals, by providing learning & training designed to assist in progress towards better employment & a more independent life through vocational training”. From a dedicated training centre in Bournemouth, we deliver training programmes endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality in; Food Production & Service, Housekeeping, Administration, and Digital Skills. We support adults with disabilities, who only have a 5% likelihood of gaining paid employment, and help them to develop the professional, digital, and life skills that prepare them roles within the Hospitality industry and encourage them into independent living. In addition to providing opportunities to achieve Institute of Hospitality endorsed awards, we support trainees to develop greater confidence and self-esteem, improve their nutritional standards and wellbeing, and gain digital, employability, and social skills for work and life. Over 90% of our trainees move into employment at the end of their training programmes.
