  • 💡 How I Design My Coaching Packages💡 Every one of us is unique, and so are the coaching packages I create. Think of it as a personalised growth journey, tailored to you and your goals. Together, we design an experience that will guide you to where you want to be, step by step. While each package is fully customised, there are a few core pillars I typically incorporate, the top 3 in particular: ✨ Vision – Clarifying your ultimate goals and desired outcomes. 📔 Strategic Goal Planning – Mapping out actionable steps to get there. 🚀 Inner Transformational Work – Addressing and shifting internal blocks. ☀ Energy Management – Ensuring your energy aligns with your goals. ✍ Skill Development – Building the tools and capabilities you need to succeed. The package evolves as we go, adapting to what comes up on your journey. Some sessions may focus on strategy and behaviour shifts, while others dive deep into inner transformation—uncovering and resolving what's standing between you and your next level. My coaching packages aren’t just about session time; they are holistic, transformational containers designed for deep growth. In addition to our sessions, you’ll have access to: - Email & text support for when you need a quick check-in or guidance. - Spot coaching between sessions when needed. - Additional resources: tools, meditations, & videos tailored to your unique goals. My packages are designed to get you where you want to be, and I’ll equip you with everything you need to make it happen. What I ask from you is commitment—the willingness to dive in, play full out, and consistently take action, even when it feels like a stretch. This is how transformation happens—by stepping into the next version of yourself and achieving more than you could have imagined possible. And I’ll be right there with you, championing and supporting you every step of the way. #coaching #transformation

  • 🤔 Ponder This: The holiday season often arrives with a mix of joy and pressure. Between gatherings, gift-giving, and endless to-do lists, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. In trying to meet everyone’s expectations, we can lose sight of what truly matters: connection, peace, and presence. But here’s the truth—you don’t need to do it all. The holidays aren’t about perfection; they’re about meaningful moments. Giving yourself permission to let go of the unnecessary can transform your experience from overwhelming to fulfilling. Ask yourself: ❓ What does a truly joyful holiday season look and feel like for me? ❓Where am I overcommitting or saying “yes” out of obligation? ❓What can I let go of to create more space for ease and enjoyment? ✍ Suggestion: Take 10 minutes to journal your ideal holiday experience. Reflect on how you want to feel and what truly matters most to you. This clarity can guide your choices throughout the season. Experiment with: For the next week, try this self-care practice to reduce holiday overwhelm: 🛑 Set boundaries: Politely decline commitments that don’t align with your vision for the season. ✍ Simplify your to-do list: Focus on what brings the most joy or meaning. ⏰ Schedule time for yourself: Whether it’s a walk, meditation, or simply sitting with a cup of tea, these moments of calm will help you recharge. When you approach the holidays from a place of intention and self-compassion, you’ll find it easier to stay grounded and enjoy the magic of the season. 💭 Remember: Your presence matters far more than perfect decorations or elaborate plans. By honouring your needs and choosing what feels right for you, you create a holiday season that feels joyful, peaceful, and deeply authentic. Wishing you a joy-filled and magical festive season PS: 🎁 Tis the season of giving so I am gifting two 90-minute Clarity Sessions to the first 2 people who DM me with the words “Clarity Session.” These sessions are a powerful opportunity to realign with your vision, uncover what’s holding you back, and take a meaningful step toward your goals. This is the perfect way to end the year with a clear intension for the year ahead. Don’t miss out—reply now to claim your spot!

  • 🤔 Ponder This: The desire to improve yourself is noble. But if your motivation is rooted in feeling like you need to fix yourself to be accepted, loved, or to belong, then you might be missing the deeper truth. You were designed perfectly. You are already whole and complete; there’s nothing you need to do to make that so. Somewhere along the way, we all simply forgot this. In that forgetting, we often find ourselves trapped in a cycle of endless self-improvement—constantly striving, yet never feeling like it’s enough. This can lead to frustration and resentment: "I’ve done so much work on myself; why isn’t it enough? I deserve more." The key isn’t more improvement; it’s self-acceptance. The moment you fully accept yourself as you are, right now, everything changes. Life begins to flow with ease, moving you effortlessly toward your goals. No more chasing the illusion of being "good enough." Instead, you align with the truth of who you are and what you genuinely desire, taking action in alignment with that truth. Life becomes so much simpler. When you embrace your beautifully designed self—without needing to "fix" anything—you'll notice a profound shift. Your nervous system instantly relaxes, you feel a deeper connection to your heart, intuition, and those around you. There’s a newfound depth of peace that you may have never felt before. Self-acceptance isn’t just a starting or end point; it’s the journey itself. 💭 Ask yourself: ❓ What is it like to be you, when you when you are not judging your self? Suggestion: Give this question at least 5 minutes of journalling time. Get curious to know who you really are underneath the self judgement, you may be surprised. 👩🔬 Experiment with: Practice conscious self-acceptance for the next week. Whenever you have a quiet moment, ask yourself, “Where can I accept myself more right now?” At first, this might feel uncomfortable—it’s a new way of relating to yourself. But stick with it, and you’ll begin to feel the subtle, yet profound, shift in your mindset and emotions. If you catch yourself slipping into self-judgment or feeling the urge to "fix" something about yourself, pause. Take a deep breath, and simply be willing to see who you are without the filter of judgment. You might be surprised at how freeing this can be. You dont have to be perfect to be amazing, remember that. #coaching #transformation #selfacceptance

  • “Dont downgrade your dreams to match your reality. Upgrade your belief to match your vision.” 🤔 Ponder This: When your beliefs are in opposition to your goals, you will either create a compromised version of your goals, or not reach them at all. When we have competing desires, or thoughts, about what we want in our lives, it makes it very difficult for us to achieve our goals. Having this constant internal battle between what we want, and what we believe we can have, takes the focus away from actually moving towards the goals. ❓ Ask yourself: ❔ What area/areas in your life are feeling unsatisfying right now? ❔ What do you believe about this area/these areas? Suggestion:  Start free writing on what you believe, eg: What I believe about my finances, relationship, job is… listing out everything that you believe. 👩🔬 Experiment with: 💭 What if you replaced each of these limiting beliefs with another one that is also true? 💭 What would that new belief be? 💭 How would your thoughts change if you believed that new belief to be true? 💭 How would you then feel? 💭 And how would you then show up in life, what would you do, or not do anymore? Take each of the beliefs you wrote down and turn them around to what is true for you, following the steps above. For example: ✍ What I believe about money is that: it is hard to make. ✍ New belief: I believe that money is easy to make. ✍ My thoughts would be much more positive if I believed making money was easy. They would be focused on creative ideas about how I can make more money and not on how little I have, or how hard it is to make. ✍ I would feel energised and excited by all the opportunities in front of me. ✍ I would be taking more positive action to make more money. I would invest in myself so that I could up-level my skills so that I could charge more with confidence, as well as up-level my mindset, making it even easier to call in more abundance. Recommendation:  Take the time to do this and you will notice your energy start to shift, and with an energy shift big changes can happen. We have the power to choose what we believe. What we believe creates our reality. So why not choose beliefs that will move you towards what you truly want from life? PS. • 🤔 Ponder This: Are you feeling unclear or confused at the moment? This is often a signal that something powerful is unfolding beneath the surface. You may not know what it is yet, but it’s a nudge from life to lean in, not pull away. These moments of uncertainty hold countless possibilities, if we choose to hold them that way. This is when you need to pause, ask powerful questions, listen deeply, and trust that clarity is just around the corner. ❓ Ask yourself: - What have I achieved in my life so far (really sit with this, list out your achievements from learning to drive a car, graduating college, moving cities, creating a family, professional achievements etc) - What is my vision for my life? What does success look like for me now? - What is one thing, under my control, that is holding me back? - What might happen if I removed this one thing? What might open up? - When I picture myself at 90, having lived a life I was proud of my life, what would have taken place? - What are the most exciting possibilities in front of me right now? Suggestion: Take your time to journal on this questions in detail, you will gain the clarity you are looking for. 👩🔬 Experiment with: Choose the most exciting or energising possibility you listed above and take action on it. As you take take one step, the next one will reveal itself to you, as will the next, and the next. So just focus on taking that first step. Remember: Small changes lead to big breakthroughs. • If you feel like your life could do with improving, try this: ❓ Ask yourself: - What in my life am I doing that I don't enjoy? (noting that these could be either external actions or internal patterns or ways of being) - Which of these can I cut out, immediately improving my experience of life? Suggestion: Journal on these questions, gather all the insights you can. 💭 Ponder This: When you really think about it, there are not many pursuits that generate most of your happiness. A handful of people will meet most of your needs. A few projects will result in most of your success. We are programmed to believe that doing more will improve our lives. If this were the case, there would be many more happy and fulfilled people out there. What if the answer to improving your life isn’t to do more? What if the answer is to do less? Much less. Reflect: Then consider what this could mean for you. 👩🔬 Experiment with: ✂️ Cut out one thing that will improve you life the most. Consciously commit to letting that thing go completely, taking any action that you need to, to cut it out. Remember: Small changes lead to big breakthroughs. “Simplicity involves unburdening your life, and living more lightly with fewer distractions that interfere with a high-quality life, as defined uniquely by each individual.” – Linda Breen Pierce, 1947 #coaching #lifehacks

  • “Doubt is not a pleasant condition, but certainty is absurd." – Voltaire As humans we waste so much time waiting for things to be ‘just so’ before taking action. Nothing is certain in life, except for the fact that nothing will change, or improve, unless we take action. ❓ Ask yourself: What are you waiting to be ‘certain’ about for before taking action on it? How will you really know when you are certain? Is that certainty realistically going to come without doing anything to find out? ✍ Suggestion: Journal on these questions, listing out all the the things you are not acting on. 🤔 Ponder This: As Mark Manson suggests: Speak as if you know what you’re talking about. Listen as if you don’t. Act as a way to find out. Most people wait until they are certain before they act. But you will never be certain of anything until you act. 🤔 Reflect on this and note down any insights. 👩🔬 Experiment with: Take action on one or more of the things you have been waiting for certainty on. Who knows what doors start to open when you take that leap of faith… The ego is fearful of the unknown, and so it will bring up fear when you start taking action on things you arent certain about - this doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take the action. It just means the ego is scared. And thats ok, thats what its designed to do, keep you safe. Be compassionate with that part of you, and let it know it is safe. Then keep moving forward. 💭 Remember: Your capacity for greatness knows no bounds. It just requires a willingness to go into the unknown and experiment, knowing nothing is certain, and there can be no failure - only lessons learnt.

  • As I celebrate another year around the sun today, I’m reflecting on the growth and expansion I’ve experienced over the last decade. Things that once felt so important—seeking validation, striving to be "good enough," and chasing some version of external success—have faded. In their place is a deeper, more grounded sense of my worth, one that exists beyond what I do or achieve. What truly matters to me now are my family, friends, health, and doing what I love—these are my driving forces. There is so much joy and freedom in living in alignment with who I really am and not chasing some false ideal. In the past, birthdays brought with them a sense of dread—the fear of getting older, losing my youth, and the pressure of not being as "successful" as I thought I should be. But now, I see it as a gift. Being alive, being healthy, and experiencing life in all its messy glory is such a gift. Of course, there are still moments of doubt, fear, and the everyday messiness of life. There’s always more to learn, more room to grow. But overall, life is good, and I’m grateful to have the mindset and tools to navigate any challenges that come along. A huge amount of thanks and gratitude goes out to my coaches, teachers and guides that I have had along the way, who have helped me get to where I am, and continue to support me as I move forward. Without them I fear where I would have ended up! ( 📸 A few snaps from my birthday walk with my friends and family this weekend)
