We’re a global behavioural science agency – we research and help understand why people make the choices they do, empowering us to create strategy that sings, and design the intuitive experiences that they’ll love. Our award-winning work has impacted millions of people in over 180 countries, for over 15 years. We hunt for the solutions that create impact for generations. **What types of projects do you work on?** In short, anything where there is a human involved in the process. We work on a variety of projects across different sectors. Some common examples include: marketing & strategy for consumer focussed challenges, customer/user relationships to help retention and delight, finance & insurance space to aid comprehension and satisfaction, making sure no money is left on the table in businesses-to-business sales, designing social impact that engages communities and with workforce guidance, and entertainment. **Do I need to be organised before speaking with you?** Not at all. It’s nice if you are, but we have many long and fruitful relationships with clients that began as a ‘quiz’. Our process typically involves several steps. Consultation: We meet with you to understand your specific challenges and goals. Research: Often, but not always, conduct primary research to understand the psychological factors influencing your target audience. Solution design: We develop evidence-based solutions tailored to your specific needs, whether that’s strategy, design, or both. Implementation: We work with you to implement the solutions and measure their effectiveness (as-live if that’s possible, or based on our tests).
