Last night we hosted the most amazing evening at The Sloane Club for our Ultra High PA network. We had two extraordinary speakers! The evening was all about longevity. Our speakers were quite simply spellbinding: Dr Tamsin Lewis and Boniface Verney-Carron. It is fair to say that our audience were completely captivated and you could hear a pin drop! We were so lucky to have had the opportunity to share in your wisdom. We looked at the upside of stress, coregulation and longevity. We will now all be standing on one leg brushing our teeth with the opposite hand to that which we would usually use! 🪥 , walking backwards and sitting down ultra slowly at the office! Dr Tamsin prescribed us all transformative breath work by Othership (you are welcome!) The evening was magical and uplifting.
