About us
The Qualitative Lab is a professional market research viewing facility. Available for daytime and evening hire by researchers, agencies and end clients, it offers the ideal venue in which to conduct qualitative research including focus groups, depth interviews and workshops. It can also be hired for meetings, training and employee/job interviews. Situated in the centre of Wimbledon, Greater London, The Qualitative Lab offers a number of FREE ON-SITE PARKING spaces and has ultra-convenient public transport links to Central London, the Home Counties and all London Airports via Wimbledon train, Underground (District Line) and tram station. (3 minute walk) The air conditioned studio room is light and spacious offering flexibility of layout styles. It has a a large viewing one-way mirror, which means that groups / discussions / interviews can be watched from our comfortable, audio-linked viewing room. Audio and video recordings are included in our hire fee, and live viewing via 'TQL Live' streaming service' is an option as well as remote moderation. The venue offers free WiFi, and the studio is fully equipped with a laptop and a large-screen TV which can be for connected to our laptop or your own via HDMI to enable the showing of stimulus/ advertising materials/videos etc. Stationary including flip charts and flip chart stands, pens paper, sticky notes etc are provided. Our experienced Host Team are on hand to throughout your visit to make sure you have all that you need and that everything runs smoothly. A range of catering options are available. Our in-house team 'The Qualitative Centre' can provide an experienced moderator (Market Research Society Member), and participant recruitment is available via our dedicated team 'The Field Division'. Translation and transcription services can be arranged. We operate a 'Book 3 get 4th hire' Loyalty Scheme that rewards multiple bookings within the same year - because as an independent business, we like it when you come back!
