The multiple AWARD winning South West #Apprenticeship Company are a specialist apprentice employer & recruitment agency who have employed nearly 1,000 apprentices in the #SouthWest all placed within our host employers across all sectors. When we support businesses with the setup of an apprenticeship programme we pride ourselves on being truly impartial, we will always look at what their needs & objectives for taking on an apprentice & offer advice based on those needs. We help them to develop a job description if they don’t have one, match this to an apprenticeship qualification and search for training providers & of course we offer to support the company with our paid services but when that is not appropriate or needed we refer and signpost the company direct to the relevant training provider, following up the referral to ensure they are satisfied with the outcome. We improve the Apprenticeship experience for both apprentice & the business through dedicated mentoring support and guidance, acting as an impartial mediator between all parties involved; apprentice, host & provider. Ensuring issues are resolved quickly to the satisfaction of all. Our service includes: • Training needs analysis • Sourcing/matching with suitable Training Providers • Apprentice recruitment, screening & employment • Full interview placement matching • Apprenticeship HR, payroll & contract management • Support, advice and mentoring • Trouble-shooting & performance management • Apprentice induction • Dedicated Apprentice Mentor In the last 6 years 98% of our apprentices have completed their training & 98% have either progressed onto higher training or are employed within our host employer on completion. All of SWAC’s staff are Apprenticeship Ambassadors & actively promote Apprenticeships every day to local businesses, schools, parents, apprentice applicants. We are regularly invited to share our knowledge at employer focussed events & within schools in the county.
