  • Who’s on your dream dinner party guest list? If you were one of the 10 million people who devoured Nobody Wants This the moment it landed on Netflix, Adam Brody will no doubt be head of your table. We’re all about giving the people what they want, which is why we asked TV’s favourite ‘hot rabbi’ to star in our festive food issue. He joined us for cake and conversation about his journey from Seth to Noah, his favourite holiday traditions and the need for more masculine role models. And yes, he is as lovely as you think. Inside, the feast continues with a bumper Good Food, Good Chat special featuring five courses dreamt up by the coolest chefs and fascinating talking points from voices of the year, including Gillian Anderson and Coco Mellors. With a fashion guide to dressing for dinner and a last-minute gift guide curated by the #StylistMagazine editors, we’ve got you covered for the full festive season. • Every year, more than 100,000 women will experience baby loss or miscarriage in the UK, and a huge number of them will be dealing with this alone and in silence as they work. As part of our Every Loss Counts campaign, Stylist is joining forces with Tommy's, the UK’s largest pregnancy and baby loss charity, with a mission to change how women have to cope with miscarriage, baby loss or fertility challenges in the workplace. Right now, there is no dedicated leave if you’ve lost a baby before 24 weeks, despite the fact that 20% of losses leave women with post-traumatic stress symptoms. For those going through fertility treatment, 93% say it's negatively impacted their career. For women on complex pregnancy journeys, a fear of appearing 'uncommitted' to their job often means suffering in silence. Even in workplaces with an inclusive culture, more than 60% of managers say they feel unequipped to support a colleague through such a difficult time. But your workplace could be the change we need to see, by joining us in our goal to sign up 100 businesses to Tommy’s Pregnancy And Parenting At Work training. By encouraging your company to take up these three e-learning courses, you can make sure your workplace truly supports people when they need that help the most.    Head to https://lnkd.in/eKP-yBHf and quote Stylist to receive Tommy's Pregnancy And Parenting At Work training at a 50% discounted rate – and if you’re a small business with fewer than 250 employees, it’s absolutely free. We hope you’ll join us on our mission to make workplaces kinder, more supportive places for every person impacted by miscarriage and baby loss.

  • Last night, Stylist’s very own Lisa Smosarski and Alix Walker beat off stiff competition to land not one, but two prestigious prizes at the annual BSME - The British Society of Magazine Editors awards. Considered the Oscars of the media world, Stylist’s editorial excellence was recognised by judges highlighting the brand’s innovation and audience-understanding. Alix Walker scooped Men and Women’s Editor of the Year, with judges saying “in a competitive category, this editor stood out to judges among several strong contenders. Through a number of bold and innovative campaigns, initiatives and special issues, the magazine is perfectly in tune with pressing concerns and demands of its audience across all platforms”. Editorial Director of the Year was won by Lisa Smosarski who was celebrated by judges who said: “Lisa’s vision and audience and understanding, combined with an ability to innovate, via digital content, an app and events, has had a phenomenal impact on Stylist this year. Lisa is a superb leader, a visionary” Their dedication and passion have helped shape Stylist into the empowering brand it is today, always striking the balance between the hard-hitting subjects facing real women with content designed to surprise and delight.
