Last week, we were sharing the love across the business as we celebrated Valentine's Day. From hot chocolate stations and afternoon teas in Head Office to notes of gratitude and heartfelt decorations in our Retail back of house areas, our teams created meaningful moments to recognise and appreciate one another. It was wonderful to see everyone's involvement, with colleagues coming together to share a little love!

Last week, we were delighted to bring our teams together for our 2025 Company Conference. It was an exciting opportunity for teams to get together, look back on the past year and celebrate the incredible work that has been happening behind the scenes. The day was dedicated to unwrapping our new company strategy with our Operating Board, hearing about the exciting opportunities ahead and a number of strategic initiatives that are at play. We also took time to recognise the resilience and dedication of our employees with the TWC Awards, celebrating individuals who have made outstanding contributions over the past year. We’re incredibly excited to put our strategy into action across the coming months, continue to build our strong, collaborative culture, and deliver exceptional experiences for all our customers. A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it a TWC Conference to remember.

Today we opened the doors to our first new store of 2025!   Our charming new addition is located in Lytham, a leafy seaside town on the northwest coast of England. You’ll find our newest concession nestled in the heart of the town centre, within the iconic Stringers Department Store, a staple of the local area.   We're extremely excited to be the latest addition to this charming community, and our in-store team, led by Store Manager Valentine, can’t wait to welcome both new and familiar faces.   A lot of work goes into opening a new store, from construction to recruitment and everything in between. The start of a new season always brings a sense of endless possibilities—new year, new plans, a feeling of renewal. As we look ahead to spring, our thoughts turn to lighter mornings, and the return of nature. Introducing Verde, our vibrant new scent that embodies the optimistic essence of the season; a fresh start for spring. We recently had the pleasure of catching up with Liz from our Little White Company Team, who gave us a glimpse into one of the most exciting aspects of being a Designer or Buyer – the chance to travel the world and visit the factories where our products are made.   On their recent trip, Liz travelled alongside one of our Buyers, Hannah, and Senior QA Michelle, visiting China, Hong Kong, and Vietnam. During the trip, they focused on the development of our AU25 collection and briefed the factory teams on our plans for Christmas 2025.   Take a look below to discover what Liz, Hannah, and Michelle got up to during their travels and what design inspiration they found along the way. 

And that’s a wrap! In the lead up to Christmas, we packed in plenty to bring some well deserved festive cheer and fun to our incredibly hardworking teams during what has been a busy season for everyone. From advent calendars and bauble decorating to Christmas catwalks, quizzes with cocktails, and maybe even a party or two, we embraced every opportunity to spread some festive fun across the business. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making this a truly memorable peak. Here’s to an even more exciting year to come!
